My oh my, for the first time in my life after these years, I can 50 times sit up. I just hope I am having my health back. Before this to make 20 times is a hell for me. I have been using the TRA supplements for al most a month now. I don't know whether I can follow the diet programme successfully but I am trying my very best to follow it closely. DO you have any suggestion for me to eat healthy?

Its a good idea for wanting to go back in a healthy lifestyle. Sit ups is a good thing, but still lack of major exercise. Why don't you try other compound exercise, I did not say sit ups is bad, try adding more like, Mondays thru Fridays try full body. Like Push up, Crunches, and Pull Up. this workouts will give you great workout in your upper body, Try lunges for you leg workout to avoid chicken legs. and for cardiovascular exercise try jogging or running, if you a bike in your garage try mountain biking it pumps your heart up. If you do this everyday, you will regain your stamina and endurance and most of all the healthy lifestyle that you wanted. I don't drink supplements because I am more of a natural food person, Try eating real fruits and vegetables, Meat is good for moderate eating, good luck for your goals. Safety and Peace!

Well done on getting your health back; I don't think that I would be able to do that many sit ups all in one go. With regards to eating healthily, you should work out your BMR (a simple internet search will explain this) and ensure that you do not eat more than this amount in any one day. You should also try to walk, as walking is excellent exercise which can help to burn fat and keep you healthily. You should make sure that you have enough fruit and vegetables in your diet, for example at least five items in your diet per day. Also, drinking lots of water can help to keep you healthy so trying to do something about this would be very helpful to you indeed.
