How to play basketball in good and accurate, doing some good plan, fade away shot,step back and shot, stop and pop, quick shot?

may be running every day make 200 shot a day and get some long rubber and put in the hip and try to fade away and shot i don't know what to do next , but try to step back and shoot, turn around shot run fast and stop and shot what else cross over faint.
