How Do MyLotters Make Mylot Profiles Very Beautiful and Customized?

I have once edited how my profile looks, but decided to make it the default. Anyways, I've seen a lot of mylotters with really great profile designs, like professionally made... I feel jealous.. How did they do that? Their profiles are so beautiful and so customized.
Guys, how do you do that? It goes beyond editing the colors... Come on.. share your tips...

Initially you might find it a bit difficult as all browsers do not co-operate but after being at it a few times it will be fine specially the html part. I had a tough time yesterday uploading one but succeeded after several attempts.

I wish I could tell you but I honestly don't know how it's done. I've tried to mess around with it in hopes to figure it all out but I haven't a clue how it's done so I just left my page blank other than my avatar. LOL Oh well, nobody really looks at it anyways so I'm not bothered by it.

Raw luck? I have read the official styling guides to a T, and still its a matter of luck. Just a minute ago I pushed the edit button twice on my HTML sortie. For some reason this made my problem code of the last five days work. Now it's stuck again. myLot is a very strange world.
As for the beautiful profiles, it's instinctual taste or acquired taste. It's amazing what some people can do on here with the limited tools we have available! :)
