Cheese lovers and their waistline

It is so true that cheese is the central ingredient in many calorie-laden dishes like souffles and pizzas. But not to worry because it doesn't mean you have to give it up. For one thing, cheese is good for you because it is a rich source of protein and calcium. Plus, it is a good supply of vitamin A and B vitamins, especially riboflavin. The secret to having your cheese and a nice waistline is to choose your cheese with care. Pick cheeses are high on the good things like protein and calcium and low in the bad things like fat and salt. A good rule of thumb in to bear in mind that harder cheese are higher in calories than soft cheese, since harder cheese are aged longer. Aging cuts the amount of liquid, concentrating the calories. Just remember to use harder cheese in moderation.

I really am a cheese lover and weight conscious as well.Thanks for your advise and At least I don't feel guilty in eating lots of cheese again.I always love cheese and it really do help increase my appetite as well and at least it is still a healthy choice for us cheese lovers and we don't have to worry with our waist line but we should also give time to work out our bodies so that we can balance our lifestyle.
