headache

If we will not clean our mouth cleanly, then only we will not get the headache. when i will get the the headache i first wanna sleep an hour. We do not use the tablets to cure it. Because it has many side effects. We have to use the balms.

I think because the eye is also connected to our head so if our eye cannot handle the light coming inside our eye our head also feel some ache but actually i really don't know the right answer.. It is just my theory but most of the time i get head ache if i smell something that i really don't like. I feel so dizzy and feel sick because of that smell.

My sister is like that. That is why she doesn't stay out or walk under the heat. She will get headaches. Most of the times the headache don't go if she doesn't sleep it away. I think it is mild heatstroke. Just get away from the sun if it's giving you headaches.

Here are some ways of getting rid of headache. Take a mild dose of aspirin, you can engage in mild exercise, sleep it off (but too long), take deep breaths;relax, avoid foods that precede headaches, eat healthy and on time,avoid loud noise and bright light, try massage. And to avoid headaches you can stay away from heavy perfumes, avoid chocolates and sweet, use and an umbrella under direct sun heat. See doctor if your headache become more intense, become more frequent, disrupted your daily pattern, if it is accompanied by dizziness, blurred vision or memory loss, if it concide with other problem.
