I don't get it!!! 
I can go to any site except for when I try to go to my email it won't let me in!! 
I just looked at it again and it still says Loading Mail and it has been doing that for 10 minutes and I closed out of it and tried again and again and even turned off the computer a couple of times and that email I have is so so slow all the time!! What is that?

Hi jah! I hope you've solved your problems by this time. Anyway, what OS are you using? If you're using Vista, like I am, it's normal. Vista has a lot going on that it processes very slow - as in epic slow!!
Anyway, if not then you may have to increase you memory.

I am sorry I could not comment earlier. I hope the problem would have been sorted out by now. what was the issue and how it was sorted out. It will be of use for all of us.
