After Graduation, almost everybody were expecting for us to search for a job... but before you will land a job, there's a passing your Resume, then waiting for a call if you are included on their shortlist, then Job interview, then wait for a call again. I already have experienced being interviewed by a Human Resource (it is a BPO company), the first thing that he ask me is Tell me about myself.. but the thing is I don't prepare before the interview, so that I answer everything I know even if it sounds not good... guys, Please help me on the things that I must do, before the Job Interview.. thanks!

If i need the job then i should have a clear idea of the job and what can I be with the job in the future. that is why i told to plan your life with the job and live in that dream plan which you have build upon the job for sometime jest before you go for the interview. Day before the interview day is much more suitable for that than the one hour before the interview. :)

Research the company and find out everything you can about the company and the job you will be performing. When they ask you to tell them about yourself it's not the time to get into personal details like things you like to do etc. Use that opportunity to tell them what you will do for them. That's what they care about and not you personally. For example you can say that you are a dependable person and pride yourself on always being on time. Tell them you are flexible and like to learn new things and all that political bs that employers like to hear.

You can also look online for typical interview questions and practice answering them like you are doing an actual interview. Have a friend ask you questions and pretend you are bring interviewed. Here's an example of some questions. http://jobsearch.about.com/od/interviewquestionsanswers/a/interviewquest.htm
