if lokpal bill ever comes then, u will have to change govt officials every now and then, they will have to make 5 times more prison that are available in india because there is no office that is uncorrupted. we can claim this very easily but it is true that people who are working in good posts and never done anything that is unconstitutional is very rare. probably u can count good people on your fingers they are so rare. govt which is full of dirty politicians will never want lokpal bill to come as it will send 90 percent of theiry members to prison. god save this country.
