Would a "pre - fund" injury case constitute scams?

Recently, I saw many law practice advertising about pre - fund on those injury cases, would that be a scam or something? Because those lawyers might promise to pre - paid you certain amount of money first, as they have certain confidence on assisting you to win certain amount of compensation from such case. I knew many people might think that once they got injured in an accident, it is like a winning lottery ticket. But what if they can't get that amount as you and your lawyer expected, or even your lawyer lose that case? The pre - paid amount plus interest, must be paid back to the lawyer, don't you? Do you think that is a scam?

Yup... it seems it was scam... There is a lot of sites like that now. We must be carefull, so that advancement of internet technology is not bothered by such people, who are just trying to tahe advantage without regard to losses of others.
