I'm working almost 25 hours a day and 8 days a week. Under this circumstances I don't have time for sports. I'm thinking that the only way to lose weight is through diet and healthy food. Diet can be a good way to lose weight but I don't know how and where to start. Any suggestion and opinion regarding this matter? I thanked you in advance for any suggestion and opinion. :)

thank you for your advice. But one thing for sure I'm not losing weight but I'm gaining weight. Maybe it is due to the environment of working that I'm in. Just sitting in front of my computers.. long hours.. or is it has to do with the level of metabolism in my body? I only eat when i have the time and sometimes i skip my breakfast, lunch, or dinner.. but it doesn't work.. I'm not losing any weight.. :(

Well, it's not going to be an easy task. But, if you don't have time to workout on a gym, you need to cut down more on your calories. I know that when we work so much, the last thing you want to do is cook a health meal, you ended up eating some fast and junk food. Because of that, I decided to cook a lot of meals at one time and let on the freezer (like a pasta with tomato sauce..). And I do salads for the whole week and let on refrigerator. Also, always carry a fruit with you, cause you never know when you are going to be hungry and if you don't find any health meal next you, you are going to eat something bad. I don't have many time to make exercises either, so, I always use the stairs instead of the elevator. Is a good workout. Also, when I wake up, I do 15 minutes of exercise. Try to wake up 15 minutes earlier and do any type of exercise.
