New Ice cream flavor with meat? what!

Ok so the other day I was watching the food network and saw on kid in a candy store, a man make gelatto ice cream with ham or sausage in it. My thoughts on the ice cream was hmm would I eat a sweet and savory ice cream that had meat in it? my answer was I'd try it at least once before yay or nay-ing it. My question to you is would you try a meat flavored ice cream?

A English chef a few years back did a egg and bacon flavour ice cream, now I love bacon but I wouldn't eat in as an ice creamm. Last year the same chef did a meat pie flavour ice cream. Personally I think savoury foods should stay away from ice cream.

It didn't sound too good when I read it but I might try it. I don't know though, even saying I might try it kind of turned my stomach a little...LOL

It doesn't sound so very good to my ears but I'm willing to give it a try. Who knows I might love it and be hung up on it but seriously I wouldn't wanna be hehe!!

My face said it all... lol, but I guess meat flavored ice cream wouldn't be any different then people putting syrup on their bacon or sausage. Maybe the owner tried a McGriddle from McDonalds. They have that sweet and savory taste and the taste of meat.
