when to say that I love him?

I think you should tell your friend before he find other girl.It is not awkward to say to a guy that you love him unless you don't really want to be his boyfriend.Converse with him like you are talking with each other on the usual basis and we never know you might be surprised that he also loves you too:)

Love is not something that can be forced. it has to be a natural emotion that comes from the heart and is something that you truly feel. If we are obligated to tell someone that we love them, it does not have the meaniog that it should. if the heart is not unwilling, then the expression is not ready to come. a ticking clock will not change how you feel. yu must follow what is in your own heart.

Hello in my opinion you should tell him just when you actualy love him.I do not think that in real love is possible to use the word fear,that's why when the fear disappear from your feelings you'll be ready to tell him the truth in all the rest cases it will be lie.That's my modest opinion each person is different and have different behaviour.
