Setting realistic exercise goals

Set goals that you know you can achieve and that are specific. ("I'll cycle 20 miles this week," not "I really should get more exercise this week".)

That is so true; which is why I set my exercise goal this week to do the Hip Hop Abs routine everyday.

That sounds really good. I hope I could do the same thing too after I am through with my pregnancy. It sounds like dancing, is it not? Since I love dancing and only love to exercise with the music. Otherwise, it can be very boring.
