how to create a mobile wap website?

hai friends, I have been hearing about these mobile wap websites but i'm really a bit confused with it. How can we create mobile wap sites, are there any applications that can help me if i wanted to create one for free. Is it possible to create a mobile website for free and add google's adsense facilities to it so that we can create some revenue through this wap site. Could you tell me the required steps to create one such site?

Dear kkarun, Yes it is possible to create a free wap site. As I have created my own wap site with my name without any cost that is totally free, for this there was just a little requirement of HTML Language and Java if you have that then no one is going to stop you creating a good wap site.............
