The higher we go the more careful we need to be.

As we reach each milestone of success, we become closer to the top but we also may be setting ourselves up for a harder fall. Timing is everything as we move closer to closer to our end goal and if we mess up one little time, we can plummet down. There have been many cases of people who have done well to start with but have rather flamed out in a spectacular manner as they got closer to the top.

For me though life is a learning process and I am never to high and mighty to learn. Therefore, I am open to learning and or at least listening to anything beneath to assure the top is not too far away. With this basically, I have a rule of thumb where as I did not get where I am at completely alone and would never forget anyone for helping me. So it is about team work in life really, or at least for me. What I feel makes a great team leader is someone who can be a great team player as well.

Its always important to never forget how we got to the point that we got. In the end, a lot of people tend to get weighed down when they get to a certain point, by merely their own inflated head. Therefore, they tend to shun those who might have assisted them, thus causing their own downfall in a number of ways. I do try to remember and those who do, will actually have some support in the case that they do have hardships. Sadly there is a number of people who have not figured out this point.
