What's the beauty of Google Plus?

I only have limited time to spare now adays in surfing. I slow down in using facebook already.. Some feature is good I tell you that. But most of the time I am bored in using facebook. So what will be the difference if I use google plus? Do we get paid in using their application? It will be more motivating if it pays as well.

Im sorry to harp on about it but where are my earnings from yesterday? I enjoy using this site but I alsao like to watch my earnings grow for partication. I am now seeking oher sites that pay more so I can work less in my current job, which I have been out of for some time.
