Police station

Did you know that you can give/donate your gently used stuffed animal or what nots to the nearest police station? They use the stuffed animals when they go on domestic violence calls (and any thing else that is traumatic) and give the said stuffed animals to the children being affected. I know it seems like such a small thing to do, but to those children it means a lot. The also leave with a good memory in a sometimes very bad situation. Have any of you mylotters done this?

I've never heard of this before but it's such a cute idea, thanks for sharing it! Have you done it before? I'd definitely be interested in doing it, but unfortunately most of my cuddly toys have been passed on to either family or charity shops.
