Have you ever experienced liking a song or songs even if you don't really understand what the song is all about? Well, it happened to me several years ago, I even sang with those songs while I was listening to them as if I know what the lyrics meant. Maybe it's because of the fact that I admire the artists so much that time. =) How about you guys?

Hi mariacecilia! I'm not really much of a music person. I don't have tracks in my iPhone and I don't know the latest materials in the music industry. However, when I hear a song, say in a mall, I tend to have this last-song-syndrome that I end up singing to its tune until I'm finally annoyed with it! Oh well! I guess, that happens to most of us anyway!hihihi...

Well, I am not really fond of listening to new music, it actually sometimes took months before I can appreciate the music. I prefer listening to 90's or early 2000's songs. =)

That is very true, we tend to l like music from our favorite movies, especially if we also like the actors and actresses on that particular movie

I am pretty much addicted to music and songs, those of my country and also those of other cutures. I often buy music and song CDs when I travel to countries in different parts of the world. They are in their unique style very beautiful and enchanting. I listen to them often and sing along too, though I don't know the meaning of the songs at all.

Yes I have even done that before, I've read the lyrics and sang along too, and of course I'd read the translation lyrics, but the first time or first few times I'd heard it I wouldn't understand it. Still, it's beautiful and especially even more cool when you do find out what the song means, especially if it relates to you! It's like it was drawn to you, ya know?

Mine is this one: Hiro Nakamura - Soprano http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RS6_FvThzc8 I didn't understand the song when I was listening to the radio so I looked it up on the net, and the message is awesome.

Yes it has happened and I am very guilty of liking an artist so much that the song can mean absolutely nothing and I will still like it! (LOL) I try to make my own meaning or interpretation of it anyways so some kind way I will make it make a little sense eventually. HAHA

Yes, this has definitely happened to me. I even like a lot of songs that are in a language I do not understand. Sometimes after years go by I finally understand what a song is about and usually that just makes me love it that much more.
