Who is your favorite Simpsons character?

I absolutely love Lisa, I relate to her characteristics and interests more than other characters. If she was a little more rock and roll she would be perfect.

My favorite character would have to be Homer. His catchphrases and mannerisms are so funny. Plus he was so dumb in the early stuff. Now a days in the newer episodes, it seems they make him too dumb or not dumb enough. There dosen't seem to be that balance anymore. At least that's how I see it in the new episodes.

Nelson!! Since Homer is an all time favorite I would go for a supporting character just for a change, hehe. I love Nelson because just like you I can relate to the character and some of his situations. He's the loner and tormented artist type. If you watched a lot of Simpsons episodes especially on the newer seasons you can probably grasp that side of his. It's not really shown much on his overall image but in some short scenes on some eps you can see he has an artistic streak. If you've noticed Nelson is not usually hanging with the three bullies he likes to go by himself and at times gives Bart good advises. Overall, he's a cool guy... Also Homer is a top favorite as well! Never fails to make me laugh and his stupidity is not annoying, it's amusing and hellah funny. The retorts that he say are a bit retarded but weirdly witty and does make some sense.

I love everyone on The Simpsons, but Homer is probably my number one favorite character. IMO he says and does the funniest things, I can't help but love him. And although he does questionable things, you can tell he really cares about his family. I love the Homer and Lisa bonding moments, like at the end of "Homer and Lisa Exchange Cross Words" :D

My favorite characters in The Simpsons are Bart and Maggie. Bart is so funny and interesting character, i like him. I like Maggie, too. She is a baby, she is very smart for me and she is funny, too.
