If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?

We all know the world isn't perfect, but what if it was? What do you think would be the best first step into changing the world? In other words, If you could make one change no matter how big or small what would it be? I would rid the world of money, let everyone be equal and enjoy everything as one.

then I will much more resources including space to the world.
then it would be helpful for all of the people.
