I only have neobux. Is there any legit ptc site with min payout of $1 or $2. The one you are sure that pays.

Matrixmails has a minimum cashout of $2 for standard members and it doesn't increase after every payout unlike other sites (including Neobux) where the minimum payout is incremental. This site has been around since 2002 as well and never had any major issues regarding payments at all.
