I have this orange cat named Mango and he goes outside all the time because he's a tom cat and loves the outdoors. Well I haven't seen him in 4 days and he is never gone for that long. He's in great health, but I think someone took him from my pourch because this one girl kept saying she is going to take my cat. I don't know what I should do. Can I call the cops on that or would they even do anything about it.
