yesterday i called someone for an interview, and ive been waiting for almost an hour when he finally arrived, and from my files and my sight i could see that was a made up resume. cause the guy came to an job interview with his pants almost on his knee holding it with one hand, which was not my main problem. the language was it all, cursing is the last you want to do on a job interview. tell me what you think and what would you do? thanks wiguen

They did what? That's not something you want to do at all! When you go for an interview you dress your best and act your best. When you're at work, you do the same! None of that stuff, ONLY outside of work. I'd have said "I'm sorry but I don't think I will be hiring you." I'm too shy to be honest with them.

Job interviews is like selling yourself. And you do not want to buy something that is unpresentable. If there is something that you don't like, you would want to avoid it. And when doing job interviews, you are suppose to the interviewer like you. If not, you are just wasting your time.
