Helping My Dogs Stay Cool

I have a ridiculous amount of dogs that I care for. To make a long story short, I have six dogs. Four of them can't come inside because our doberman, who thinks she is the queen of everything, doesn't like them.
Anyone have any ideas how I could help keep them cool out there. Right now its a heat index of 115 outside. I'm constantly going outside and filling up a kiddie pool for them and spraying the grass with cold water but I feel like I'm not doing enough for them.

I read the responses you have so far and they seemed to cover it, there only thing I can think of, which is controversial, is a shave down..Even dogs with short hair can get them. I got this info from my daughter, who is a groomer. She shaved down Ciara, who had a long coat, but not Penny who has the shorter coat, though she said she could do both dogs...I also have a pool for my girls, I really to to try to get them in it..I tried lest week, but either it wasn't hot enough, or they both rather be hot and dry, than cool and wet..

Both of my puppies love the pool. They will swim in it all day and splash around but once the water is a little bit muddy they wont touch it and its a pretty big sized kiddy pool so i'm always having to go out there and dump it out and refill it for them.

I filled up the pool tonight and even got in it..They would only come over to take a drink from my hands, couldn't get them in, not even a little..Yet both are standing around here panting like crazy, but there is nothing more I can do..
Oh, I can't remember if anyone said this, but my dogs love ice, so I out ice in their water, that helps too..

I think your doing all you can do.Keeping fresh cool water for them to drink is very importaint.If they could get under some kind of shade that would help also.I'm trying to keep my two cats cool also.
