When I am thinking too much I really feel like I am so depressed. Specially, when I'm thinking about my future, what I need to do, where I gonna start, how can I find a good job, how can I help my parents? This really makes me crazy thinking and depress! I am trying to avoid this, by setting up my mind blank.. haha yes, I try to blank my mind. Maybe on this way, I can avoid thinking and I will not get depress again.

I say you should not overthink and let things happen by themselves. Sometimes, overthinking can cause stress because you're getting anxious.

Thinking too much will really make you depress. Too much of anything is really bad. So why don't you just stop thinking, breathe for a while, go outside and take a walk to clear your mind? Keep yourself busy as well to avoid being lost in a trance. If you can't stop thinking, then think of something happy instead. Go to that happy place in your imagination. :)

Why don't you attempt to keep yourself busy then you wont think as much. It is very very hard to completely clear your mind where you have no thoughts. I get depressed for the same reasons though too. I occupy a lot of my time trying to do something else other than thinking. Maybe you could try getting on some medication too. I just went to the doctor thinking I had a thyroid problem but the doctor said I had depression so I was prescribed citelophram, which is the off brand of celexa. It has worked great for me so far, except for it makes me uncontrollably sleepy.
