I wanted to sit here in front of the PC, and I forgot the eggs in a pot that I cook for my work. Now they have cooked 13 minutes, before I have just taken out. Taste it yet, or will they fall apart when I peel them? Notices you, you should not clever, if you have what on the stove.

I am also smart when it already happened. As I ran though the milk, which was much worse. Your eggs can be eaten well, are just very hard. But for that you can you be sure that you get from which no Salmonella.

An egg coagulates sometime during cooking - the number of minutes depends on a few factors: the temperature had the egg, it was placed in cold or warm water, which heat source, electric or gas etc - but if it is sometimes curdled completely, it can no longer continue to curdle. It is not harder than hard.
