What do I look like, to Theists and Atheists alike?

I consider myself agnostic; I believe that there is no knowing for sure that there is definately a god. In saying this, I believe it's all up to me to decide what is best, and that being happy and making others happy and being a part of society as a whole is how to lead a good life. It has nothing to do with money. As long as you enjoy what you do and make a difference to better everyone around you. Now having said that, what do I look like in the eyes of a Theist or Atheist? Am I some "boundary jumping hypocrite" or a "destined to hell non-believer?" Thank you, as this has been eating at me trying to figure out why all my conversations that lead to religion go the same way. Thank You!

I'm atheist and i don't see agnostics as "boundary jumping hypocrite" it's part of human nature to want there to be something/someone out there that protects us.

If you can remember Mel Gibson was interviewed for his very controversial movie "The Passion of the Christ". He was asked as to what right ha he for interpreting the Bible? He gave a very, very concise, yet a very intelligent answer. He said, "Because I am a human being." And for me, he was right. We are all humans beings. We are given this intellect be it from nature or from God or from whatever we came from to think what we think and fell what we feel and perceive the world around us however we think we want to. And I will not put myself in the position of judging others for how they consider themselves to be. Let us just be good to others as normal human beings should, then all will be peaceful even with or without following anything rules.
