I've had to try to learn Drupal and so far I seem to be able to navigate my way around. I've used WordPress for the purpose of blogging and it has not been bad either. Joomla I experimented with actually. I would say that it comes down to what you're looking for. I'd look at either Drupal or Joomla for building a web site or anything of that nature. WordPress for blogging.
