About "Virtual Proxy Network (VPN)"

Hi Last week one of my friend went to India and bought me an antivirus. So when I tried to install it, I got an error saying "this licence is not valid for this region". Later when I posted a complain to technical lab of the said anti virus company, they replied that as it was bought from India, it will be activated only within India or in other words with an Indian IP address. So i am looking for some VPN which can convert my IP address to an Indian IP address so that i can activate my licence. I will appreciate if anyone can help. Have a good day ahead.
