To kill or not to kill the prisoners or sinners, what is your point of view?

I've seen a lot of bad people in our environment today, stealing and killing innocent people especially students. So what can you say or how will you judge them? To be killed or just let them stay in prison?

We can't create peace from war and we can't create love from hate. I have no place to judge anyone. But it seems quite hypocritical to me that religious people who believe that killing is wrong, believe that those who they deem sinners should be killed. As far as prisoners go, not all prisoners are even guilty of anything, and even if they broke a law does not mean that the law was just. I do not kill anyone, nor do I condone the killing of anyone.
