In the middle of the intersection and the traffic light turns to red I'm now a traffic offender? For green and driving is not in the middle of the intersection when turning left a lot more come-because of oncoming traffic. There I was, and the light turned to red again I am a traffic offender?

Yes. You must observe the traffic in front of you. When you realize that many cars turn left in front of you like, you've got to expect delays. So you had to wait despite the need to green, at the lights. You may not enter the intersection. You learn everything in driving school ... ;)

If the traffic light was green and it went no further because of a traffic jam or whatever. NO However, one should not, even if the light is green and I recognize that there are still driven piles up to the intersection. Thus already the correct behavior not quite. Thus you do not block the intersection so !!!!!

In theory, you may enter into an intersection dan only if you can leave the junction area in sight quickly resumed. This is in fact driving school knowledge. In practice it is often impossible to behave this way because the traffic light shows red on a regular basis again, before the intersection is free. Accordingly, it has little to fear from a breach in such situations.
