Hello,
I would be interested to know what experiences have you done with neighbors.
You go rather far with a good and friendly
Samlltalk and from time to time, or help a neighborhood
You have a close relationship?
I have had bad experiences. For me, even the landlord had been during my absence in the apartment and ransacked it all.
Would appreciate a lot of answers.

relationships become very important? because that's where the perspective of developing, what is in the public's common and what is tolerated / not tolerated a diverse public.
Good character, of course could be maintained as far as the desire of the individual to retain or release.

In recent years I have made ??only bad experiences in different apartments. Only the owner has been stolen in the absence - from the apartment!
Then a neighbor who has gone flat, the wheelchair ramp, then the landlord has "prohibited" the use!
By the way, this man, flipped the power of almost the whole house to ourselves (not counter properly wired) and to unilaterally increase the rent!!

The landlord, you can press charges for burglary and Hausfriedensbruchst attach. The apartment is still inviolate. I would never trust one of my tenants in the apartment without invitation!
I even get along well with my neighbors. I'm there quite a sociable person and an occasional chat in the hallway it every now and then. However, it seems the neighbors with my girlfriend is different.
