Administrator / Webmaster usually consists of a few people, 1-3 people can be. Administrator / Webmaster duty to regulate and manage the website. However, for some reason most webmaster & administrator Indonesia mostly government websites using instant public services (hosting, opensource CMS, etc.), it would be nice if these sites have a separate entity of government that deal with this (in shadow).

The Webmaster is responsible for the content of its website and online company, while an admin looks at the hardware and software of the user on a network. A host master is in turn responsible for the content that is made available about him, so hosted. That's right, of course, roughly speaking, and the boundaries between all three are running as usual. As an admin you are of course just tips on building a website or even host them for individual users, as sometimes a webmaster looking for broken hard drives.
