Taking a dump with only "1 PLY OF SQAURE TISSUE!".. and no water!

if your taking a dump and you realized you only got one ply of square tissue left, what would you do?.. and you're in a public rest room, that has no water..
ME? hmm.. since the tissue is square, i guess i'll make a hole in the middle part, big enough to let my index finger pass thru. but i will keep the part of the tissue that was removed in making the hole, then i'll use my index finger to "you know my butt" until i feel it is clean, then since it is at the middle of the tissue, i will removed the tissue slowly while cleaning my index finger..
remember the little part that was left out when i made a hole in the center of the tissue?.. i will you that to clean my index's finger nails.. XD
just being practical here..
