Can you do an international wire transfer through paypal?

Recently, I had done a wire transfer from my bank to a foreign bank, and the cost of it was $35. That is a bit too expensive in my budget. I heard of paypal also would do some online transfer, but I am not sure would it be doing wire transfer too, if I can deposit some money in a paypal account, then transfer it to a foreign bank. Would the processing fees or transaction fees expensive? Can anyone guide me on how to do it on paypal?

Do you have an account in foreign bank.I do not have idea regarding if paypal can do that ,however i think its possible.
Tell me how did u make an account in foreing being in India.How did u transfer funds without using a paypal.

Well, I am living in U.S. and my brother has an account in Japan, so, All I need just his account number, and the SWIFT code from his bank, also the phone number and his bank's name. That is all I have to do to wire transfer.

okay i understood.What is SWIFT Code.And one more question ,if ur in USA can u open an account in Japan on your name and save ur money exchanging dollars to yen as yen currency is more in value compared to dollars,you could earn interest from the japan banks.What documents would you supply for this .And if you have paypal will paypal be useful to transfer the funds to the Japan account of urs.As Paypal is globally used.Do you have some idea regarding this.

I transfer my paypal money from paypal to my credit card. This is the link I gave to have it verified. They charge mt $5 each time. I don´t withdraw more than $100 up to $200 at one time.
