Hi,friend. There is so much available on this subject.Firstly,eat properly,you should pay attention to the collocation of the food,after all,all the nutrition you need everyday is from what you eat.Maybe you could have more food which contain much protein such as pork if you want to make yourself to be stronger. Then,do exercise regularly.It will not take you much time.You should run for few minutes in the early morning,play tennies ball with your friends for just 1 hour a day and so on. And I also suggest you that you should go to the gymnasium and the professional coach will help you. Hope you will be better soon.

that's also my concern. while many people are concerned of their weight loss, here i am concerned about my weight gain. at least, i am healthy in many ways. do you get some taunting or names because of your thinness? well, i have been likened to a match stick. but i am OK. i have taken vitamins and exercises. now, i am considering going to the gym. we'll see.

Try eat more protein food, then exercise and make muscle. You can get protein food from egg, finish and chicken. If still cannot, you can try take protein supplement product. It is really useful. My many friend become more fat after take it, but you must always exercise. If not just waste.
