Hacking on Fb and email

Today my friend asked something that I'm not quite sure how to answer it. He told me that his email and FB had been hacked and he asked my help to regain it. I don't know what to say or do to help him... Anybody can help me out here....?

the best way is to drop an e mail to administrator. and alert all your friends on this. :)

I already suggest my friend about that but the problem is there's a lot information that my friend want to take (or regain) before he can drop his email / FB

Forgot about both Fb and Email and just regret your self tell to friend and make sure ti be cautious in future. As Hacker will chnage every data related to security u didn't able to acess acount either fb or email any way. As their is no personal touch there hence can't complain just get start in new way. Sorry but truth is truth you friend had lost valuable data........

Yes, it is so sad for your friend if he can't gain it back.. especially if some files there does not have any back up. It will be a very hard lesson we'll learn in internet safety.. And for those hackers we can only ask them to return those accounts because they are actually gaining nothing in what they are doing..

it is based on which email service you are using .try weter you can acces using try if you can find the security question and try to set a recovery email.also report a ack to the administrator

My Friend using yahoo mail ..... When I try to use Security question, the hacker already change it
