My fish tank keeps getting cloudy! What's wrong...

I change the water often, but it gets cloudy again in just a few days. Should I remove the rocks from the bottom of the tank, and clean them. We have a sucker fish, but he doesn't seem to be doing enough. I run the pump 24 hours a day, and the problem still persists. I am new to taking care of fish tanks. Help me if you can!

Hmm...maybe you could add some other cleaning type fish or snails. I am assuming it is a freshwater tank..right? That can make a big difference. If it is a saltwater tank..we should talk about other steps...you wouldn't want to clean that tank out if it is. I know there are some drops that you can get for a freshwater tank that clears the water too. Good luck!
