Has your life changed much since you had kids and if so what is the main change?

For me the biggest thing that has changed is sleep. I have now pretty much learned to sleep a lot less, probably as much as 2 - 3 hours a night less. The other things that I have noticed are... Less time out eating and drinking. Not much time to myself these days. I now drive a station wagon! I am always broke, no spare cash! But kids are so cool, I would not have it any other way. (except for the cash bit)

MAJOR! Yes, I sleep less. Yes, I go out way less. NO time to myself. I do not have a station wagon, though. LOL. I never had much money before, so that's ok. I'm really glad to have the two kids I have, but they do make everything more challenging. So much more to take care of and clean up and feed! When I first met my husband, we had his 2 y/o son half of the time. It was just crazy how much more work it was when we would go from the two of us, to the three of us. EXPONENTIAL. And getting them to do the things they are supposed to do, is often challenging. And figuring out how to explain to them why what they just did should not be done. LOL. But yes, they are very fulfilling, and god-willing, we are done having kids. :)

I guess we always suspect that kids will change our lives, however we never really know until we have them lol!
