Interlock device

I have an interlock installed in my truck and now am being told that i have to get it reinstalled with a camera attached to it. They know that i do not have a license to be driving and that the truck belongs to a friend, that is the reason for the camera install. They want to be able to prove who blew alcohol into it since the truck is not mine. I am driving the truck, and would like some info about, if i am driving the truck will they find out. Sounds like a silly question but maybe they wont be looking at who is driving the truck just because there is a camera installed in it. Please someone let me know!!!!!!!!!!!
