One speculation of Amy Winehouse's death is abrupt quitting of alcohol! What?? Amy was addicted to alcohol and she was having a hard time to quit it. Now they were saying, she really wanna quit it and she was told to do it gradually but she didn't. She did it so abruptly her body suffered from shock! True or not, there's some truth in giving up addiction gradually. I have read years ago in one health magazine that those who quit smoking abruptly tend to go back and never lose the habit at all. But those who did it gradually came to shake it off successfully. So what do you think?

I know for sure that its all about determination, if you do want to quit it you have to try hard you have to set it as a goal and you mind will help your body. Be strong and the best way to fight bad habbit is to prevent them! Dont practice anything that can become an addiction. Thats the best way to fight against it, from the begining. Practice prenvention
