What you do for your society?

I mean what type of help or work you do for your society to make it better. Like I try to help the people who are unable to work and also for poor child with help of social worker like helping them to provide books and uniform for their studies. It is not a showoff. But I really think if we are able to help someone in any manner. Then we have to do it.
If you not done before. I suggest work on it. I really say you feel very good from your inner side and God also gives you a shower of blessings.
Share your views and experience with all mylotters so everybody get inspiration from each other.

Friend we make a big group in our society before marriage 30 girls are in that group and every year we all are paid 5000 rs for a poor girl in her marriage. This money is earn from "Anand Mela" or dance competition or others. In our organization all girls was active but now all girls are married and they went to their parents in laws house. After marriage I am not doing anything for my society. But really you are right we feel more better when we do something for needy person.

Come to think of it, I haven't done anything for the society except being a good and responsible citizen. I would rather help my inner circle (family & relatives) before delving into outside community. I think my family needs my help rather than the society needs me (or me contributing especially on financial matters). My stand.

That is very good. You are doing very well helping people. I belong to the Community Club in the area I live, and participate in the community activities that improve and help the people. I some times volunteer in the activities which are badly needed by the community.

Well. I am a natural activist and a member of an organization who take cares of birds, reptiles, mammals along with plants too. We are working in increasing of popularity of birds along with others. We give importance on save earth.

I educate little children about caring for the environment and to be eco-friendly. I teach them how to recycle and what to recycle. And I also encourage them to use recyclable items like pencils and colour pencils made from newspaper. As adults are very hard to educate, so I have to educate them through their children.

It is good point of discussion. We should think what we are giving back to society. I am putting whatever I know in the form of my blog for those people appearing for bank exams.
I try to help1,2,3 students for their study indirectly -- my son and daughter give money thro me to these children for studies.
Yes. I should do more than this. thanks for initiating the discussion.
