I have noticed that some browsers are discriminated over others. I use Chrome. As I do some tusk in the Internet, Many times I had problems because some sites don't accept any browsers except Internet Explorer. Did you noticed this too. What is your opinion about it?

I use Chrome and Safari, and I do find that often sites are built with only Internet Explorer in mind. I do find that they can open them with the other browsers, but then I get that warning. I do not know if they can do anything about it. I have not had the internet explorer police come to my place yet or block my ip address.

You're welcome, but you have to say more then give an automatic response. I do not think mylot likes that. They want you to do something like give an example of a site that you wanted to use your favourite browser on but that was limited to Internet Explorer or a site that was worked in the other browsers even though they said otherwise.

good morning miss koperty3, How are you doing today? good I hope. to answer this discussion I think that of course some of the software that some oif these companies use is discriminatory towards certain browsers. I can see the browser that everyone uses to access my blog and it is definitely tipping in the direction of internet explorer. i think it's 60% IE and 40% everything else, so why should the software favor IE. i don't know.

Hi. I'm fine thanks. Some of paid Internet panels don't allow you to join them if you have something else than IE. And this is not fair in my opinion. IE does not have monopoly on Internet.

Only a few websites nowadays are picky about the browser that you are using. Most websites would actually inform you of the recommended browsers and usually, Internet Explorer is not part of it. I think it has something to do with the optimization of the website design, like some designs or website feature won't work if you use IE instead of Mozilla or chrome or vice versa.
