I like the first one..

i like it too... but i like all the spiderman movies... i think that they are all pretty good... some better than others lol.. but all good :)

I agree. The first movie of a serie is usually the best ones. The same thing happens in the pirates of the caribbean, for me the first one was the best one, the second and the third was just too much "disney like".

My son was/is a huge fan of the series and we like all three. You can definitely get a feel for the progression of the movie and the characters. Each movie presents a different stage of their lives and shows us the space in which they have grown. The technology in the last one shows off how much more comfortable and advanced the movie and the stunts had become. Very fun movie watching!!!! I loved them all and have seen them, way too many times.

I have to say I very much enjoyed the first one. It is not my favorite though. Part of that is just being the huge comic book fan I am, certain aspects were upsetting. Mostly they way that Green Goblin was designed I think. With the way he looked it took me right out of the adventure and when I watch a movie I want to be enthralled totally into it. The second movie's portrayal of Doctor Octopus however was beyond fantastic. It was spot on and realistic. The third movie was just trash. Spiderman does walk down the street thinking he is so cool when he gets the symbiote. It makes him angry and vindictive yes but not i sideshow spectacle. I am so glad they are restarting with a new movie and a new crew honestly. I think it is one of the franchises that really does need it and will benefit from it.
