what will you sayto him/her if some one leave the post

One colleague in our department decdice to leave the post last week, there is only me left as it is a small company. All the work come to me and she is not work as normal and sometime don't come. I'm very busy and feel a little angry sicne she promissed our boss that she would leave one month later. I thought, though you decdice to leave but if the time is not come, you should do as before. In fact, the relationship of us is not bad and we always talk about the problems happened during the work.But, now, i don't feel i have nothing to say to her, even say goodbye. I feel a little sad when she say she will leave the post and undertanding her,but the behavior she did, i thought it is no responsibility! She will leave next week and i don't know if i have the good mood to say goodbye to her. Who knows...
