It is about a message written by a dying father to his children who were still very young at the time when he wrote it.

you know we say we find so much bad stuff on the internet. Today my friend you have found a rare treasure. We can all take a piece away from this fathers letter. For the children and for each of us to remember to be kinder, not only to ourselves, but to everyone we meet whether we know them or not.
I try to live my life that way. I am disabled and I still open doors for mothers with babies, or elderly person in a wheelchair or walker.
It just feels right to be good to someone whether you know them or not.
