Hello mylotters! I am new here so I probably wont know much about mylot. I have been curious and seen a lot of those stars(with numbers like 1 to 10) beside the person's username. What do they mean? I heard that if you get higher numbered stars you can a higher payout? And how do I get one?

Hello RK2002, Welcome to MYLOT. That star is reflection of your reputation on MYLOT. For your response other users rate you + or - and those ratings are consolidated and your reputation is calculated and given on scale 1 to 10. It will automatically appear against your name once you will reach 100 posts.Your earnings is influenced by the reputation you carry higher the reputation higher will be your earnings.

The star besides the Username shows the users reputation, the more reputation the better. And reputation effects your earnings. You can read about it here http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq11.aspx#1 and for the factors that affect your user rating read this http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq17.aspx
