what the important things of yoga ?

Im just wondering why some people using a yoga. I did not understand what they saying about chakras power..What its the difference between excirse and the yoga. They ask me for release energy power from the body. its help for the stress mind and body. Do have any sign effect to our body.

I don't really do yoga but I use meditation. It really helps in relaxation and clearing your mind. Exercise goes on your physical aspects and also in your mental state. It really makes you have an active lifestyle and good mental state.

Exercise and Yoga are two different ones. Exercise is for body and Yoga is for mind. Yoga is concentrating your mind to your breathing, like you have to feel the breathing like breathing exercise. But in this you must concentrate on only one task. I didn't yoga but my friend always talks about his.
