Time goes by very fast contrary to what a popular song says. I enjoyed the company of friends and family despite work commitments. I was just wondering of new and interesting things to try every month. As first for me, I tried fishing with friends and I enjoyed it.Looking forward to the next fishing trip. Share with us new things you tried this July before the month ends.

The very first new thing I've tried this month of July was to hire two horses during 5 days at a horse ranch. One horse for my youngest daughter, age 11 and one horse for myself. We had daily riding tours, we did the stable hand chores and spent wonderful time with our horses. I've learnt much about how lovely these mighty horses are. Loyal and giving with all their loving souls. Straight in their communications.

Well, that is interesting. That sounds nice to try. I have always been afraid of horses. I feel they are unpredictable. Thanks for sharing QeeGood.

The unpredictable with horses is with their instinct to run to escape anything they interpret an danger because they are prey animals. But if you ride a (8 - 15 years old) well educated horse you can as a beginner learn to enjoy the company of horses. As you probably know you can train horses to be safe and secure in violent situations, crowded of people and many other things.

July has been a pretty busy month for me. The company I am working for has been doing very well in the business, and that keeps all of us very busy. But, one thing I got to try out, amidst the busy schedules, was learning the basics of a few foreign languages, those of the countries I visit often. That was very interesting and exciting.

I still haven't gone fishing but definitely want to do so at some point. I've not tried anything new this month, well I guess you could say I have. I walked 8 miles to an interview and got the job, I am so excited. I wasn't going to walk that far but I did and I am proud of myself for doing so. Now I need to do more to get fit and work out.

I tried to make USD100 but only manage to make USD10. I will be giving myself much time more than 8 hours to reach my target. Hopefully I will get around USD50 next month.

For July, I went to a prayer mountain to reflect and contemplate. I also tried doing more things on my blog - like changing the fonts on the post titles (using fancy fonts that aren't available in Blogger), and... I started planting seeds of a flowering plant, just to try if I have the green thumb. Not much to do in July for me as it rained quite a lot, but I am now looking forward to doing new things this August.
