Hi, Spanish is my mother tongue. To learn a new language is a hard work. You need patience and much practice. I would recommend you to visit a basic course in your city. Then, if it is possible, to visit in Spain a course too. In there you can learn the best way hearing the pronuntiation of the people. By the moment try to buy a little book in Spanish for beginners. Read it and learn the vocabulary. You'll note improvement gradually.

You need to keep at it. It took me 5 years to learn basic french fluently, and that was with a proper tutor. I think you might be better posting a message on an expat forum asking for a spanish friend who you can speak with. If you both get skype, they can help you with your spanish.
